Buyer Beware

Avoid buying a home from Twilight Homes Albuquerque, they will rip you off bigtime!

As a Product Manager for fortune 500 companies and with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management with a minor in law, I have dealt with companies like Twilight Homes many times. They are not entitled to rip people off! I fought for our country not for companies like Twilight Homes who rip people off!

I purchased a home From Twilight Homes Albuquerque it took 6 months before they started building it. They never told me that the end units were $15,000 more than the center units. 3 months after closing, they sell a home similar to mine except 200 square feet bigger for $150,000 less. Then they sold a home 800 square feet bigger for only $9,000 more! They paid my neighbor's realtor $10,000 for doing nothing and charged me $25,000 for upgrades! My neighbors received a washer and dryer at no extra cost, I did not get the same benefit! In addition, all the HOA fees one has to pay at closing, what a ripoff that is. The monthly $150 HOA fee I pay to them for doing nothing, another big ripoff! There are many homeless sleeping here at night. They have started fires. Therefore it's very dangerous to go out at night. The HOA doesn't even provide night security to remove the homeless. Also, the homeless wonder in and out of Wymont Place throughout the day because the gates are open. Again, the HOA does nothing! Currently, they sold a home that's over 5000 square feet for only $709,000! That's over 3 times the size of my home with premium appliances, 2 fireplaces, an elevator and 5 bedrooms! That means I could have purchased a 5000 square home for only $160,000 more! They ripped me off bigtime! Do not buy a home from them!
